Student World Ambassadors sought for Honors Leadership Summit

 The International Student and Scholar Office is seeking international student participants for the Leadership Summit hosted by the Honors Program, which will take place over Labor Day Weekend (September 4-6, 2020) at the Carol Joy Holling Camp in Ashland, Nebraska. The Leadership Summit is a two-day event which allows students to practice problem-solving and strengthen communication skills while building relationships with diverse groups. 

The Leadership Summit will offer three tracks/topic areas which will be ideal for international students with interest in one of the following areas:  

  • Civic leadership: public service, civic, non-profit, or government work
  • Environmental Stewards: sustainability, green design, and sustainable processes
  • World Leaders: globalization and international perspectives

This nomination form is for faculty and staff members who work closely with students and would like to nominate an international student to participate in this summit. Please note, nominated international students do not need to be currently in the Honors Program to be selected to participate in this Summit.
